Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and for customs clearance for international orders. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once in transit, except for errors caused directly by Cashmere Knot Ireland.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are not directly available; customers must return the item for a refund and place a new order.

International customers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes. Refunds for international returns may take longer due to customs and banking procedures.
